About Me

I'm a software engineer at Google, former competitive programmer and all around computing enthusiast. I like to solve interesting and difficult problems, and talk about them when I can.

About The Blog

Astrocache is a primarily educational blog devoted to the exploration of interesting and novel concepts in the world of computing. The name ‘Astrocache’ is a metaphor for the content of this blog: a box of interesting things located somewhere in the vastness of space.

All content on Astrocache is provided free of charge and is not monetized in any form. You will not find any ads on Astrocache, nor will Astrocache track you or remember anything about you between visits. All links to external resources are unaffiliated and do not benefit me in any way. If a link on Astrocache redirects you to a paid product (such as a textbook), it is because I am of the opinion that it is worth purchasing, and almost certainly own a copy myself.

All views and opinions on this blog are my own, and do not necessarily represent the views and opinions of my employer.
